Transmission Operations Australia (TOA) is part of a global family of energy companies operating in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the Australian states of New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and Victoria.
TOA constructs, owns, and will operates electricity transmission assets in the growing Australian market, specialising in connecting generation assets and load requiring assets to the existing electricity network, such as Victoria’s Mt Mercer Wind Farm.
TOA is jointly owned by Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd (CKI) (50%) and Power Assets Holdings Ltd (PAH) (50%). It is not a publicly listed company.
